The app icon is now the Studio mark. 0.0.1 shipped wearing the Patina
family mark — the house's mark, not the tool's.

macOS builds are now **universal**: one download runs natively on
Apple silicon and Intel. 0.0.1 was Apple silicon only.

Every release now ships with notes like these — the release script
refuses to cut one without them.
For existing installsStudio checks for updates on launch; this build arrives as a one-click
"Install & restart". Nothing about your documents changes.
Added, via the first cross-platform CI run–
Linux builds: AppImage and deb (x86_64).

Windows build: x64 installer. Unsigned for now — SmartScreen will ask
once for "More info → Run anyway".
